A WARM WELCOME TO ALL OUR GUESTS
The Hollyhurst Guest House is a privately run, traditional English guest house, offering a warm welcome and all the comforts of home
to the business traveller and tourist alike. Established over many years, the Hollyhurst is today owned and managed by Trudi and Ken
Wheat. As local people, we know Kenilworth and the surrounding area very well.
CONVENIENT FOR BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT, THE NEC, COVENTRY, NAC STONELEIGH PARK AND WARWICK UNIVERSITY
Ideally located in a bustling market town in the Warwickshire countryside, the Hollyhurst lies between Coventry to the north and
Warwick and Leamington Spa to the south. It is very well connected to the national motorway system, with easy access to the M1, M6,
M40 and M42. Birmingham International Airport is only twelve miles away, close to the National Exhibition Centre; the National
Agricultural Centre is just four miles away at Stoneleigh and the University of Warwick is a short journey by bus or car of only three miles.
There is much to interest the tourist or holiday maker: Stratford Upon Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare, is twelve miles
to the south and well worth a visit, even if time is short. Closer still at four miles, is the county town of Warwick and its famous castle.
