Access Statement

The Hollyhurst Guest House is a five minute walk from Kenilworth town centre and all amenities. Bus stops serving the University of Warwick, Coventry and Leamington Spa are also within a few minutes walk. Kenilworth Castle is a fifteen minute walk through the Abbey Fields.

Access to the guest house is by the front door, which has a low step up to the threshold. There are no bedrooms or WC facilities on the ground floor.

All bedrooms are situated on either the first or second floor, reached by a carpeted Victorian staircase with banister rail. The entrance hall, stairs and landing are lit at night. Most interior doors are self-closing fire doors. We have a modern Wi Fi fire alarm, which enables us to offer fire alarm facilities to the hard of hearing.

All rooms have colour TV with teletext and tea/coffee making facilities and wash basins or en suite facilities. Hair dryers and fridge space for medication is available if required. Most dietary needs can be met but prior discussion regarding allergies etc would be appreciated.

The Hollyhurst is a non smoking guest house and does not allow pets and other animals on the premises.
